Sundy cleaning my office while charging Ron’s new hedge trimmer, hmm desperate clutter calls for desperate measures?

Today marks opening day for the gorgeous new Kate Spade flagship store on Madison Avenue and E. 67th Street. In a renovated 5-story building complete with an outdoor balcony where you can have a snack in between purchases, this store is beyond description and offers a level of customer service you never find these days.
I was invited to their exclusive sneak-peek bloggers’ event last night, and left happy, feeling lavished with a few purchases of my own. This is a must-see store with the Kate Spade mix of modern, vintage, and colors galore. Enjoy!

The outside is stunning and so inviting, I had a private pass and was the envy of many passersby!

Bows everywhere, including the brown room dividers you see here.

Love the neon lit signs!

The furniture is Hollywood Glamour all the way, and is as colorful as a candy shop (my kind of candy, you never outgrow this candy!)

You all know my weakness for chandeliers, like crystal balls of diamond exquisiteness!

Who wouldn’t want to pack a suitcase like this, retro style with modern flair!

Let me sit here and take it all in, boweutiful!!

My favorite flower, peonies, were everywhere!

Lovin those brass shelves in the shoe department which is on the second floor.

The red and pink combo here is beyond fab, and that desk, oh that desk!

Whimsical bags abound, not to mention lots of wallets, a wall of iPhone covers, and bow keychains and bow leather belts.

Who wouldn’t love to try on a pair of shoes while seated on this stunning couch. I simply MUST do a hot pink couch one day, seriously I must. Notice the brass bow railings on the left, allowing you to look over and down to the first floor.

Each of the dressing rooms have drop-dead custom wallpaper with a variety of bow treatments and funky framed art. Makes you want to linger and keep trying on everything!

This wallpaper was also in a gorgeous light aqua and gold version but the camera didn’t capture that color.

Love how they put it on the ceiling as well, it’s so graphic and emulates a man’s tuxedo bow as much as a woman’s bow.

Give me these light fixtures please!

After all this scouting I was needing a break in their V.I.P. lounge which is like stepping out of an old Hollywood movie. Large doors with brass bow handles, not to mention VIP services including cappuccino and other delectables.

Every VIP needs a pink bow blouse (what I told my husband later), and yes I did purchase this stunning silk organza number, I will wear it with jeans and dressier pants.

Gold leaf wallpaper and these uberific lamps.

Another stunning dressing room just off the bridal section of the store.

Whimsical small purses in the bridal salon (and so glad I married adventure too!)

Uh, excuse me, brass bow table by cappuccino bar, someone please calm my heartbeat

Yes indeed!

Neck candy, wish orange was more my color

Even their boxes stacked behind the doors of the counter area are a design to enjoy.

Thank you Pedro for the awesome customer service, and dear friend General Manager Tiffany Whitford for the invite to this first-hand look at beauty personified in every single colorful detail!
